Mike Richardson suggested in a thread on AnimeMusicVideos.org that people could make PSAs (public service announcements) concerning what to do and what not to do at an anime convention. (there are some examples in the thread) For a quick little project, I simply thought of some funny scenes for a few of them and came up with this.
